Salad of Codfish with prawns, pumpkin cream and basil vinaigrette
Timbal of tomato, avocado, mango, prawns and nuts vinaigrette
Caesar salad with chicken and smoked bacon
Tuna Ventresca Salad with Guacamole and Roasted Kumato

Iberian pork “pluma” filled with mushrooms , perigord sauce, with sautéed vegetables and potatoes “Parisien style”
Pularda stuffed with cranberries and pine nuts with tender wheat risotto and foie
Iberian sirloin with Tomato stuffed with crudité of vegetables and wine sauce from Malaga

Mille-feuille of cream with chocolate sauce of meringue with cream caramel and red fruit sauce
Lemon pie with chocolate sauce
Cheese cake, mango and lime
House wines included, along with cava for the speeches.

We usually visit Ireland multiple times per year and the UK once per year.
Unfortunately due to ongoing covid-19 restrictions and regulations travel and hosting meetings is not as easy as it once was.
We hope to be back on the move from early 2022.
