Leg of lamb with a honey and rosemary jus

Confit of duck with orange, honey and thyme
Duck with port wine sauce
Fillet of beef with mushroom sauce (Supplement may be applicable if this dish is chosen for the Wedding day, supplement will vary depending on starter option up to 6€pp)
Oven baked stuffed dorada/sea bream
Salmon with honey mustard sauce
Confit cod with totato pil pil sauce
Seabass with green citrus rissotto
Fillet of hake with bouillabaisse sauce and clams

House wines included, along with cava for the speeches.
Coffee and tea served after the meal

Meet us in UK & Ireland!
We usually visit Ireland multiple times per year and the UK once per year.
Unfortunately due to ongoing covid-19 restrictions and regulations travel and hosting meetings is not as easy as it once was.
