Booking T&Cs for Finca Amalur – Please read carefully
On completing this form your event date will provisionally be reserved and a 14 – day booking window granted during which your nonrefundable deposit is due in full. The deposit amount required for a standard booking is 2000€ (2000 to the venue and 0 to the planner/s). Until the deposit is paid in full the date & venue are not guaranteed. Failure to pay within the 14 days will result in the contract being cancelled & the date being released. Payment of the balance is due in full no less than 14 days before your event. This deposit does not cover any supplier deposits which are payable separately.
6 months or more prior to the event – Full deposit
3-6 months prior to the event – Full deposit + 25% total F&B
3 or less months prior to the event – Full amount of the Wedding Package
Cancellation and amendment charges are payable as per each supplier’s policy, should the booking be cancelled or amended in any way. Any additional charges are at the discretion of the third party.
Changes by the Venue or Suppliers
There may be occasions when it is necessary for the venue to withdraw certain services and facilities at short notice. We shall pass this information onto you, giving you as much notice as is possible. Should a third-party supplier cancel due to circumstances beyond our control we will endeavour to provide an alternative supplier at the best possible price. Any additional costs are not the responsibility of the Wedding Planner or Finca Amalur.
Changes by the customer
The Planner’s administration fee is based on booking one venue for the ceremony and one for the reception venue. The fee for change of date or location of the function is 150 euros.
If you make changes to the event that incurs extra time and work then this will be charged at the rate of 10€ per hour. This amount is payable one month before the event and will be invoiced separately by the Planner directly to the Customer.
Finca Amalur operate with a venue rental fee aside from the number of guests, the rental fees for this venue are:
April & October:
Sunday-Thursday: 1500€ + 21% IVA (Total – 1815€)
Fridays: 3000€ + 21% IVA (Total – 3630€)
Saturdays: 4000€ + 21%IVA (Total – 4840€)
The minimum numbers for events at Finca Amalur are:
April & October:
Fridays & Saturdays – 80 adults
Rest of the week – 60 adults
The venue can still be used for groups of less than this amount, but a fee will be charge of 350€+21%IVA (Total 423.50€)
Your planner will usually have included this in your initial quote if applicable, but if in any doubt, please check.
The venue includes white tiffany chairs, table linen and table centrepieces. You can change and upgrade the centrepieces for an extra fee (to be arranged with the florist).
Standard wedding package prices at FInca Amalur are based on a set menu which consists of 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert OR a BBQ buffet menu. With the sit down meal, for a choice on the main course, this can be offered to your guests ahead of time, and final numbers with their menu choices presented alongside your table plan a minimum of 30 days prior to the event (maximum 2 choices + vegetarian option if applicable).
The final menu, along with seating plan and final numbers are due 30 days prior to the event. Requests for changes to the menu after this time cannot be guaranteed, this includes the flavour of the wedding cake. Menus & table plans are printed 7 days before the event, so any amendments after that time are not guaranteed.
Complementary taster meal is available for 2 persons, when a Complete Wedding Package is booked for the minimum required number (60 adults). Advance booking is required. A maximum of 2 dishes can be tried for each course.
After the taster meal, 25% of catering total is payable to the venue as 2nd deposit.
Bar opening hours & live entertainment/music vary according to the venue & season.The menu prices at Finca Amalur include 4-8 hours after dinner free bar (Depending on the chosen menu). To extend the bar opening longer than said amount, it is required that you purchase a minimum amount of spirit bottles, and cover the waiter charge, the minimum for this is 450€ per extra hour.
Music is permitted at the venue for as long as the minimum spend on the bar is being covered. It is obligatory that the disco is inside after 00:00h, as per accordance to Spanish law. In the event that these times are not respected, and/or the noise exceeds the permitted level, Finca Amalur reserves the right to regulate the volume to within previously agreed levels or to stop all music at the said venue.
Catholic Church Weddings
Neither Finca Amalur nor your Wedding Planner will accept liability for cancellations/changes made by the Church to your ceremony time or location. Should your ceremony be cancelled by the Priest or Bishop for any reason, a re-location will be offered.
Payment of Balance
One month prior to the event final guest numbers and menu selection must be confirmed to the venue. You will then be sent an invoice for final payment which will be due in full no less than 30 days before your event. You will be charged according to this final number of guests. You will be charged for all additional guests in attendance exceeding this number prior to vacating the venue. A credit card will also be taken as a guarantee for any extra spend at the final meeting with your Wedding planner
Any accommodation is to be arranged by the Wedding couple and/or their guests at their chosen location directly, is NOT the responsibility of the wedding planner.
Third Party Suppliers
The venue reserves the right to deny access or remove any third-party suppliers or equipment that do not have prior written permission from the venue to provide services or set-up on their premises. Any suppliers arranged directly by the Wedding couple, must provide valid social security documentation, and the couple must also sign a disclaimer for use of a supplier other than those on the Bespoke Weddings recommended list.

It is always best to ensure that every eventuality is covered & for this reason we highly recommend that you contract wedding insurance. Wedding insurance covers a broad spectrum of items for your wedding from unforeseen cancellation to wedding attire & presents. It is easy & straight forward to contract online.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your holiday and your celebration live up to your expectations. If, however you have any cause for complaint we are anxious that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact a representative from the hotel or your Wedding Planner immediately if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. If you feel that your problem was not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must put your complaint in writing to the Finca Amalur within 7 days of returning from your holiday/celebration. Please send your letter recorded delivery, Finca Amalur, marked for the attention of Operations Manager. Complaints that are not reported at the time of the incident cannot be addressed once you have vacated the premises.
The contract is between you Bespoke Weddings Spain and FInca Amalur is subject to Spanish law. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these booking conditions.
Laws put in place for the Covid19 pandemic are out of control of both the wedding venue and planner. The rules set by the venue in accordance with the regulations in place on the day of the Wedding are to be respected and adhered to. Should severe restrictions come in place that affect the wedding taken place, both the venue and your planner will offer the best solution for the situation. In all cases we highly recommend Wedding Insurance to be taken out by the Wedding couple.

Wedding Planner Package Options:
SILVER – Only available for groups of under 50 persons or on request
- Coverage on the Wedding day of 1 Wedding Planner from 2 hours before the ceremony (when the flowers are usually delivered) through until first dance, or 6 hours after the ceremony (whichever comes first)
- Guest organisation on the Wedding day – Moving guests between different areas and greeting off of coaches/taxis
- Announcing in of the bride and groom to the Wedding meal
- Liasing between the venue and the client in booking of the venue
- Liasing between the client and suppliers in checking availability and securing bookings
- Use of client banking account, where payments can be sent prior to the Wedding day
- Pre-Wedding meeting once you arrive in Spain to go through timeline for the Wedding day
- 72 hour response rate to emails (may sometimes be slightly longer than this in the event of back to back events and/or coordinator illness).
